Find the products that interest you through the search engine or the various thematic and product pages. Click on the link Add to cart next to the item you want and it will enter the electronic ‘shopping cart’ you. When you finish adding products to your cart, click on the link COMPLETING FORM ORDER beneath the product list that you have in your basket and you will have a secure connection – certified by Thawte Consulting (Pty) Ltd – where you will be prompted to specify how payment and shipping.

You can place your order also by phone at 211 410 7004 & weekdays from 9:00 to 21:00 or by fax to 211 410 7004 24 hours.


In the shop all prices exclude VAT 24% or 16% the displayed price of the product.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made in the following cases:

Before the order is completed, during the electronic order process you can press the “Cancel” button at the bottom left of your screen. By “clicking” on it automatically stopped ordering process.
If online ordering is completed but not yet shipped the product you can call tel. 211 410 7004 and one of our associates will take the cancellation of your order and will look to find the cause you have not yet received your order.


We operate exclusively in wholesale market.

We sell only to shops and companies in quantity.

Only shops and businesses that are subscribed in our system can make purchases.

The AlpinPro company delivers all its products by courier or carrier depending on what is selected by the customer to the shipping method during the order.
The cost of transport borne by the customer and payment is made on delivery to the respective courier company or transport selected. If you have a courier password please send the name of the courier to send the parcel with it.
Attention! To write about what we have under the bill
If your order no products available and others that are not, then the packet will be sent to you after we receive in our warehouse all products of order. Unless you ask us upon request us
If the product is classified “Available” (stock in our warehouses) usually shipment will be executed on the next business day if the order has been carried out until 14:00.
However the above delivery times are only indicative and for this reason AlpinPro can not guarantee the delivery time. Under no circumstances be liable AlpinPro if a mistake or if delivery is delayed.

Once order is delivered

Upon delivery of the ordered products by courier or carrier advise all customers to check:
· The number of items delivered if corresponds with the number on the invoice.
· The product names on the box if it is the same as those mentioned in the invoice.
· If the package has been tampered with in some way.
Any damage or loss of the package or product should be reported immediately. Timely communication with the customer service center at 211 410 7004 for any problems, it is useful to report the damage and replenish products. To ascertain the damage caused during transportation of the products should all evidence to be documented with photographs in digital form so that we can forward them to the courier company or transport with shipped.


All products sold in AlpinPro comply with European Union regulations and meet the relevant safety standards for products. By carrying out the order, the customer declares that he has read and agrees to sell and the typical payment process (and shipping).


Applies the current official manufacturer warranty.


You have the right to return products purchased and ask for replacement

  • a) in all cases where a demonstrable fault of AlpinPro sold the wrong products or poor quality and faulty (wrong in taking the order, the pricing, its mission, damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.)
  • b) in all cases where there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which covers the product warranty and when the warranty is given by the AlpinPro

Not subject to this provision products covered by guarantees from third parties, the product manufacturer or his representative.

In all these cases, the customer has the choice of either the outset not to accept receipt of the product or, after receiving it, return the product within 20 days from the day of delivery. In each case the products must be returned in perfect condition in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product is normally supplied with the product (to match the IMEI) and is in excellent condition. If not then refunded within 20 days AlpinPro can not accept any refund or replacement.

In any case, for all the above cases the maximum time for replacement return margin may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days of receipt. For all the above cases to replace, repair products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product (to match the IMEI) and is in excellent condition along with all the documents accompanying the product (MA). Before any return is prior consultation with the Shop of AlpinPro. In each case the return and replacement is feasible under the following conditions:


– contact the same day or the next working day with the Online Store

– the product has not been used

– the product is accompanied by all necessary documents.
